I really loved my stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, being so close to the slopes made it super convenient for skiing. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were fantastic, with a comfortable heating system and a cozy sitting area. I also enjoyed having a terrace and a dining table in the room, it added a nice touch to my stay. The paid Wi-Fi in the rooms worked well, allowing me to stay connected. The flat-screen TV was a nice addition and made for some relaxing downtime after a day on the slopes. I was very impressed with the quality and comfort of this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Convenient location with easy access to skiing facilities, shops, and medical center. the apartment was of adequate size for our romantic escape. We enjoyed having a separate bathroom and shower room. the pool was a highlight, being really good and offered us some relaxing moments amidst the tiring skiing sessions.

The cleanliness could have been better, and we were disappointed by the additional cost of hiring bedding and towels. Some furniture was faulty, and we had safety concerns with broken double balcony doors.

The location of the hotel is amazing, situated very close to the ski slopes which makes it perfect for those wanting to ski. the pool is really good and the rooms are nice in size with a separate shower room and bathroom. Even if somebody has a late arrival, the hotel accommodates it.

There appears to be an issue with the cleanliness of the hotel which could be improved.

The hotel reception could use more personnel during rush hours, as check-in can be quite busy and slow. There are a lot of extra charges for premium facilities, like WiFi which can add up quickly and become quite expensive.

I loved the location! It was a stone's throw away from the slopes, making it easy to ski. Shops and a medical center were conveniently located in the same building as well. The hotel facilities were clean and the pool was great. The staff was attentive and provided me with a child bed and chair at no extra cost.
